Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Nope! Many of our clients provide access and go about their day. Just let us know how to enter and lock up safely.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we come fully equipped with eco-friendly products and professional tools. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know.

How do I book a cleaning?

It’s easy! Use our online booking form or give us a call. We’ll confirm your appointment and take care of the rest.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens — we get it! Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll gladly reschedule your service.

Do you clean homes with pets?

Absolutely. We love animals! Just give us a heads-up so we can make sure your pet is comfortable and safe during the visit.

What’s the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

Standard cleaning covers the basics — dusting, mopping, wiping surfaces, etc. Deep cleaning is more detailed and includes scrubbing baseboards, inside appliances, and hard-to-reach areas.

Do you offer recurring cleanings?

Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning plans — with discounted rates for regular clients.

Billing

How can I pay for my cleaning service?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, and cash. We use a trusted, encrypted merchant system to process all payments, so your information is always safe and protected. Whether you’re paying online or in person, your privacy and security are our top priority.
Payment is collected after the service is completed.

Do I need to pay in advance?

No prepayment is required for most appointments. However, for first-time cleanings or large jobs, a deposit may be requested.

Is there a cancellation fee?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $30 fee to compensate our team.

Do you offer refunds?

Your satisfaction matters to us! If you’re not happy with the service, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right — either by re-cleaning the area or issuing a partial refund where appropriate.

Can I set up automatic payments for recurring cleanings?

Yes! For weekly or bi-weekly plans, we can securely keep your card on file and charge it automatically after each visit.

Are your prices fixed or do they vary?

Our base prices are fixed depending on the size of your home and the type of service. However, the final price may vary if additional services are added or if the condition of the home requires extra time.

Can I tip the cleaners?

Absolutely — tips are appreciated but never expected. You can tip in cash or let us know if you’d like to add it to your card payment.
