Welcome to Penguin Power Cleaning (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a service through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These help ensure a smooth experience for both our clients and our team.
1. Our Services
Penguin Power Cleaning offers professional residential and commercial cleaning services, including:

Standard and deep cleaning

Move-in/move-out cleaning

Post-construction cleaning

Recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
Services are provided by trained professionals working with us directly or through our trusted partners.
2. Booking & Cancellations
Booking:

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email.

Accurate information about your space (number of rooms, bathrooms, pets, etc.) helps us send the right team and prepare properly.
Rescheduling:

You can reschedule or change your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.

Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a rescheduling fee of 20%
Cancellations:

Appointments canceled with 24+ hours’ notice will not be charged.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service may be charged up to 50% of the booking fee to cover lost time and scheduling gaps.
3. Payments

All payments are processed securely online at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged.

We accept major credit cards and digital payments.

Prices may vary based on location, home size, condition, and add-on services. You’ll always see a clear price before confirming.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with the cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue — including a return visit or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Your happiness is important to us. We take feedback seriously.
5. Entry and Safety

Please ensure that our team can access your space at the agreed time.

If you won’t be home, instructions for key/code entry must be provided in advance.

For safety reasons, we don’t move heavy furniture or clean hazardous areas.
6. Pets and Special Requests
We love animals! But please let us know in advance if pets will be on-site. If they’re not friendly with strangers or vacuum noise, it’s best they’re secured during the service.
If you have any preferences (e.g., no bleach, certain rooms off-limits), just let us know when booking.
7. Damages and Liability

While our cleaners are careful and trained, accidents can happen.

If something is broken or damaged, please report it within 48 hours of the service. We’ll assess the situation fairly and work to make it right.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning or the damaged item, whichever is lower.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:

Conditions in the home are unsafe or unsanitary beyond our scope

There is harassment or threatening behavior toward our staff
